Citations and notifications regime in legal proceedings

Decree-Law 87/2024 of 7 November, which amends the Code of Civil Procedure, among other changes it introduces to the regime, implements the electronic citation of legal entities as a rule. To implement citation by electronic means as a rule, the established solution consists of making the citation available in a reserved area with free access for legal entities.
